I have used Three-Way Plumbing over the past few years to install a new water heater, replace shut-off valves on all sinks and toilets, install a whole-house shut off and to add an outdoor spigot (most recent). I always ask for Tom. He's a former engineer. He's knowledgeable and professional. They use a standard pricing sheet so you pay the same for the service as anyone else. They have a year warranty on all of their work. Easy to book, responsive and respectful of property. My go to for our plumbing needs.

Lucas was excellent! He fixed our water pressure and installed a new shower head, demoing all the features for us. Really appreciated all the helpful advice he shared, from preventing frozen spigots to keeping the shower dry, plus explaining our options for water filtration systems. He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell us. We've already scheduled him to come back for the under sink filter installation. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate their prompt service with a top notch technician. He answered all my questions and properly diagnosed the problems and didn't overcharge us. He installed new disposal same day, a very nice quality unit. I had him back a 2nd time after my new faucet came in and he was actually able to determine it wasn't needed after taking it apart and he corrected the problem, saving us $. He gave us options and explained everything. I will certainly call for same plumber next time I need one!

Very courteous and helpful, extremely quick response time. We had an outside water leak where the house line connected to the line at the city meter. Called Three Way Plumbing on Good Friday afternoon, and they were out within the hour to diagnose the problem. With it only being a very small leak at the connection (thankfully!), Steve returned first thing Saturday morning to complete the repair, as he needed the concrete saw to access the line under the driveway. Exceptional service throughout the entire process! Would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
